Job Description
We are looking for a number of Data Analysts to join our Team!
As a Data Analyst, you will be working as part of a European Team reporting on our supply chain data and keeping it organized, working with our Finance, Technology, and Supply Chain partners to ensure that the right information is held and presented on how well our business is doing.
The role is UK based (Farnborough office) but for the right candidate, could also be based in Barcelona. Your main goal will be to source, load, and manage data within a database, working to provide insights into our business performance. You will work with international data from hotels, restaurants, outlets, and purchasing partners to centralize, manage, and organize information for clear financial performance and forecasts. You will support our European GPO and Managed Services business across multiple sectors.
Additionally, your role will be pivotal in global or European transformation initiatives, providing data, subject knowledge, and problem-solving support to change professionals as Aramark and Avendra International evolve their business strategies.

Responsibilities:
* Data Collection: liaise with data source contacts to gather/extract data
* Load data where necessary (transform data received via email)
* Validate data and coordinate with colleagues for corrections
* Perform data cross-referencing and set up master data records (products, brands, locations, attributes), including researching missing product information
* Ensure data integrity through quality assurance, cleansing data as needed
* Prepare data for reporting, ensuring proper setup and categorization, cross-referenced with spend data
* Utilize SQL for reporting tasks
* Work with multiple languages, including English, German, Spanish, Czech, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, and potentially others
Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Additional European languages, especially Spanish, are advantageous
