Sales Manager (Leasing Division) Milton Keynes Up to £45,000 (based on experience) plus uncapped commission This one is a cracker! We love this company and we've had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with the team and with the head of sales. One of those jobs that comes across our desks that makes us think, wow, I'd love that one! Our client provides an unrivalled range of products and services to the UK vehicle leasing market, and they add huge value to their customers. Over the past thirty years they have grown to become one of the biggest and most trusted suppliers to the UK motor industry, and their reputation for service is second to none. We have spent significant time at their fantastic HQ, and the team and culture are both amazing! We've been tasked with helping them find a talented sales professional who can lead sales into the vehicle contract hire and fleet management sector. Who are we looking for? We're looking for somebody with experience selling into the UK car, van & truck Leasing, and leasing broker market. A person who can plan to successfully deliver a target, and who will undertake the activities required to get in front of new customers, and have the skill and ability to align objectives and create a value proposition that wins business. You need to love the thrill of the chase and be a person that prospects because you genuinely get exited about what could be the other side of the call and the potential value, and not because you're being asked to. You need the appetite and drive that will ensure you never stop hunting for new business. You need to be a person with a powerful WHY, that keeps you pushing forward. You also need the ability to manage existing clients and increase the financial value of those relationships - Improving margins, cross selling, up-selling, introducing new services and getting referrals. We don't want applications from account managers that visit customers for a coffee and a catch up, we want people who deliver value in client meetings and who constantly look for ways to grow revenue. We also don't want applications from people who hide behind email.
