First Choice are currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer to join the Complaints Department in Antrim. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £14.06 per hour. We can offer an immediate start for this role and its expected to last around 3 months. The successful candidate will support the effective handling and processing of complaints and enquiries in line with the Service User Feedback Policy and Procedure. Duties will include processing complaints and enquiries, maintaining accurate records on the Datix database, monitoring responses, and supporting complaint investigations. Applicants should have previous administrative experience, strong communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
