About the apprenticeship
Duties
• Build, install and manage various mobile devices (includes laptops/Mac books/ Mobile Phones).
• Automated device build using Auto Pilot (Windows 11) and InTune (Macbooks) also using systems including, Windows Defender and Privilege Access Management.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and requests raised by users via ServiceNow in line with agreed OLA targets.
• Be involved in the administration of end user accounts on Active Directory, ENTRA ID and, O365 Admin Centre.
• Participate in the Tech Bar rota, advising and assisting Companies House colleagues with various IT issues.

Qualifications
• Must be eligible to gain SC security clearance
• Must pass apprenticeship levy checks
• Achieved GCSE (or equivalent) passes at Grade C/4 or above in Maths & English Language
• Good written communication skills as demonstrated in your CV and cover letter
• Some knowledge of and enthusiasm for computer hardware and/or software • A genuine interest in technology and digital services
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in finding solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues
• Organisational skills to manage tasks and time effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
