An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of infrastructure and maintenance projects within a highly regulated environment. You will take ownership of projects from initiation through topletion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives on managing multiple stakeholders, maintaining strongmercial control, and delivering continuous improvements in service excellence.
Your new role
1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuringpliance with all regulatory, statutory, and health & safety requirements
2. Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines to deliver best-value oues
3. Oversee and coordinate supply chain partners, ensuring high performance and quality standards
4. Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
5. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery programmes
6. Maintain accurate project records and documentation using CAFM systems and SharePoint
7. Drive customer satisfaction through proactivemunication and effective issue resolution
8. Support sustainable practices and contribute to carbon reduction objectives
9. Ensure projects align with contractualmitments and organisational goals
What you'll need to succeed
10. Proven experience in project management within construction, engineering, or facilities management
11. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and achieving KPIs
12. Experience managing budgets, costs, andmercial performance
13. Ability to plan, direct, and control project activities effectively
14. HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Building, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
15. Health & Safety qualification at management level ( SMSTS)
16. Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, CAFM systems, Teams, and SharePoint
17. Excellentmunication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
