We are seeking to recruit a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our busy team based in our Bellshill office. Responsibilities The Learning & Development Coordinator will work collaboratively with relevant colleagues across the organisation contributing to the provision of learning and development within McLaughlin & Harvey. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Collaborating with senior management to review PDR training requests Assisting the Learning & Development Manager in the successful delivery of Trainee and Graduate programmes Maintaining the Learning Management System Developing digital courses in partnership with different departments to be rolled out within the Learning Management System Reviewing and analysing training evaluation feedback Supporting the Learning & Development Manager in managing CITB grant claims, ensuring optimal grant recovery Organising CPD training sessions Support Learning & Development Administrator with training course bookings Review and seek approval for non-mandatory training Organising medical screenings and training for Railway project employees Essential Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work Ability to prioritise workload Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative Confident communicator Strong planning and organisational skills Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel What's in it for you?
