Responsibilities
* Provide front-of-house support, delivering a warm and friendly welcome to parents and nursery visitors, and answering phone calls and emails in a positive, professional manner.
* Log enquiries, maintain family records, and create accurate invoices; manage queries relating to charges and discounts.
* Support the Nursery Manager with ordering, diary management, and general administration tasks.
Qualifications and qualities
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer care with strong IT and organisational skills.
* Experience in a front-of-house environment and the ability to work as part of a team, promoting company values and the best outcomes for everyone.
Role details
This role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and you will work a variety of shifts between 07:30 and 18:30, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year. Location: Maples Day Nursery, Winchester.
