The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing and Social Media Co-ordinator and Recruitment Consultants to execute campaigns that attract both clients and candidates. You’ll help promote our services through digital and traditional marketing channels, support content creation, manage social media accounts, and assist with marketing analytics and administration.The Marketing Assistant position is directly with Industrial Temps based in our Belfast office.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
* To assist with creating and placing job advertisements ensuring the information is up to date, relevant and accurate.
* Admin duties associated with marketing function.
* Assist in all other admin duties i.e. answering the telephone, filing, photocopying etc as and when required.
* Provide assistance at job fairs when required.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
* Contribute towards a harmonious working environment.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Comfortable working with digital platforms (social media, spreadsheets, job boards).
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Forms).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Flexible, proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* 1 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (experience in recruitment or professional services is a plus).
