Vacancy Details
As part of the Graduate Scheme, you will start your journey in our dynamic design department, to develop your abilities and confidence, working on iconic projects. You will then rotate through key departments including Pre-Construction, Commercial, Project Management, and even spend time on-site, gaining a full understanding of how world-class structures come to life.
Over the four-year course, you’ll build the technical expertise, commercial awareness, and real-world experience needed to become a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE). Severfield will guide & support you every step of the way.
We’re Looking For
* A BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Ideally, you’ll be pursuing a Master’s in Civil Engineering
Please be aware that Severfield are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship for this role, therefore candidates will need to have full right to work in the UK for the duration of the 4-year course, starting September 2026.
