Customer Service Administrator – Meech International, Witney, Oxfordshire.
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire | Salary: Competitive | Job Type: Permanent, Part-time – 25 hours per week.
Objective of Role
Support the Customer Service team and general business administration, enhancing the customer experience and facilitating company growth.
Primary Responsibilities
* Administration of Meech Intranet (SharePoint) – keep the main intranet updated, add new content, and assist users with issues.
* Assist with the CRM – support the Logistics Coordinator on all aspects of the Meech CRM system.
* General administrative support – update product manuals and perform other admin duties.
* Invoices – prepare and organise all Meech invoices as part of the CS team.
* Customer Service Inbox – address and resolve incoming enquiries.
* Filing and Archiving – file invoices, job packs, and archive emails and messages.
* Answer phones – pick up all incoming calls.
* SCT Job Pack Scanning – general CS organisation.
* Job pack checking and sign‑off – where and when necessary.
* Complaint logging in CRM – record complaints in the company CRM.
* Meeting room bookings and refreshments – manage ad-hoc visitor arrangements.
* Liaise effectively with personnel at the head office and worldwide – build cooperative relationships and coordinate account fulfilment.
* Customer enquiries – assist and answer customer questions.
* Support and cover other office personnel – fill in during holidays or sickness, including order processing and technical support.
* Any other duties reasonably required from time to time.
Key Requirements
* Based at Meech's UK head office in Witney, Oxfordshire.
* Part‑time role, up to 25 hours per week, over 5 days.
* Experience in administration and working in a Customer Service department preferred.
* Experience with CRM, invoicing and handling enquiries.
* Knowledge of Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Experience with Microsoft SharePoint advantageous.
* Good written English.
* Good phone manner.
