**Job Title:** Administrative Coordinator - Health Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide vital operational and administrative support across multiple teams. As an Assistant Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of team operations, including scheduling, minute-taking, documentation management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver administrative support across wrap-around support teams.
* Prepare and distribute agendas and minutes for team meetings.
* Book and manage internal/external meetings.
* Maintain essential resources.
* Create timeline plans for children and coordinate MAP (Multi-Agency Planning) meetings.
* Monitor missed/rescheduled meetings and maintain social worker contact records.
* Issue reminders for required documentation and check compliance.
* Provide cover for the Team Coordinator during absences.
* Assist with scheduling, coordination, and document organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in administration in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage a varied workload, and handle sensitive information.
* Business Administration qualification.
* Experience in children's services, education, or health & wellbeing settings.
* Knowledge of safeguarding, data confidentiality, and case management systems.
