I'm partnering with a totally unique direct to consumer drinks brand who have been blazing a trail in their market, and scaled to £15 million in a very short time frame. The customer base loves the product with a pseudo-religious fervour.
The business is moving in to a new phase of its growth - moving in to retail, and shifting focus towards driving life time value and wider retention.
The role
* Build a digital strategy that converts customers whilst reducing cost per acquisition.
* Drive subscription growth.
* Build the loyalty proposition.
* Manage a team of 5.
* Manage the weekly trading of the website.

* Experience in an ecommerce/retail environment
* Responsibility for both acquisition and retention
