Role Overview:
As aChef de Partieyoull be a key member of our back-of-house team, responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen to the highest standard. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, youll play an essential role in delivering beautifully crafted, authentic Italian dishes with precision, pride, and passion.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes to company specifications with consistency and care
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety in your section
Manage mise en place and stock efficiently to ensure smooth service
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless service experience
Uphold kitchen hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required
Communicate clearly with front-of-house and other kitchen team members
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef (essential)
A solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and Italian cuisine
Passion for fresh ingredients, authentic flavours, and high-quality presentation
Strong time-management skills and ability to perform under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
