Introduction
We require a Despatch Operator to join our busy despatch team based at our site in Abercynon, South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOP's)
2. Pick/pack and scan customer orders following despatch pack list.
3. Follow housekeeping rules and maintain a clean and tidy work area.
4. Accurately complete documentation/ filing archive duties.
5. Lift products (often heavy) safely, following manual handling training provided.

6. Forlift license desirable
7. Basic computer skills - full portal and despatch system training will be provided.
8. You will be required to work within a team but also work idependently to meet deadlines.
9. You will need to be flexible as depending on workload you may be moved between other departments.
10. Ideally, the right candidate will have previous factory experience within a despatch department. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
11. Attention to details is key and a high level of accuracy require to avoid errors.
12. Full clean UK driving license.

Our Recruitment Process
Formal Interviews will be held on site and include a tour of the facility.
