Pertemps are looking for a high quality, experienced administrator to deliver service to both internal & external clients.

* £23,000-£25,000 Depending on experience
Main duties & responsibilities
* Accurately maintain the client data base in line with company’s policies.
* Prepare & issue regular management reports.
* Regularly communicate with the general manager to understand business needs & priorities.
* Proactively provide support accordingly.
* To contact new & existing clients.
* Ensuring timely & efficient processing of any new applications.
* Manage the annual subscription payments of members.
* Provide ad-hoc support to management when required.
* Undertake general administration duties.
Book travel & accommodation for colleagues, answering calls, responding to emails & general office support.
Key skills & experience
* Administrative experience.
* Microsoft Office experience is essential.
* Professional, dynamic & motivated, with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work without close supervision.
* Organise & prioritise workload to strict deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact & engage comfortably with individuals at all levels.
* Experience working within a quality management system.
* Knowledge of Microsoft power apps.
