Location: Windsor, UK (Hybrid - visit to office once every week)
Job Purpose and Primary Objectives:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand challenges, business scenarios, and processes.
2. Leverage Signavio Process Intelligence, process mining, and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Drive setup and connection to ERP systems and other digital technologies for process mapping and improvement.
4. Lead customer-specific process analysis to gain insights into behaviour and performance, identifying potential improvements.
5. Contribute to Proof-of-Concept initiatives and consulting projects (requirements definition, process analysis, data preparation, solution deployment).
6. Support Signavio consultants in client engagements.
7. Collaborate with the product development team on new product ideas and features.
Key Skills / Knowledge:
1. Strong hands-on 3-4 years of relevant Signavio experience.
2. Understanding of key customer processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
3. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
4. Experience with SQL, databases, ETL, and/or programming (Java, Python, R, etc.).
5. Solid understanding of process management concepts and BPM technology.
6. BI or process mining tool experience (Celonis, ARIS PPM, QPR) is an added advantage.
7. Strong analytical, presentation, and articulation skills.
8. Previous consulting experience preferred.
9. Comfortable in ambiguous situations.
Experience Required:
1. 12-15 years of total IT experience.
2. Must have played the Signavio Consultant role in active projects.
3. 3-4 years of Signavio-specific experience.
