We are looking for a Junior CAD Coordinator to join our team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at entry level who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a structured, process-driven role.
The Role
As Junior CAD Coordinator, you will support project delivery by ensuring processes are followed accurately and efficiently. You’ll play an important role in maintaining organisation, meeting deadlines, and supporting the wider team with administrative and coordination tasks.
This role is office-based in Sheffield, and candidates must be able to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities

Use Microsoft Office tools to support reporting, communication, and tracking

Essential Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who:
âś” Is an intermediate user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
âś” Can work effectively in a time-sensitive, fast-moving environment
âś” Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
âś” Takes a structured and logical approach to tasks
âś” Is comfortable following detailed processes
âś” Can manage deadlines and perform well under pressure
âś” Can work using their own initiative when required
Desirable (Nice to Have)
âž• Knowledge of AutoCAD
âž• Experience working in a project-based environment
