Paint Sprayer Required, in Hoddesdon
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Paint Sprayer, based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of £24 per hour
Guaranteed 45 hours per week, with potential overtime on Saturdays paid as additional hours
Monday to Friday working week, starting at 7.30am

Attractive earning potential with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately £65,000 per annum including overtime
Ongoing training and career development opportunitiesDuties:
Applying primer, base coats, and clear finishes in compliance with project specifications
Preparing vehicles and surfaces prior to painting
Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure quality standards are met
Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations
Recording work accurately and completing necessary documentation
Supporting team members to meet project deadlinesRequirements:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the automotive or related industries
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes
Good organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable and dedicated to delivering consistent results
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
