Job Description:
This successful firm currently has a need for a qualified Lawyer to join its Land & Property Team. The role will be based in Glasgow; however, the firm supports a hybrid working approach.
You will be handling and developing a workload in one or more of residential, commercial, and rural conveyancing.
The ideal candidate will be Scottish qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience, but junior lawyers with strong training and experience would also be considered. You will deal with the sale, purchase, and leasing of farms, estates, forests, fishings, country homes, and other rural properties and development transactions.
The role will be focused on one or more of the areas described above, depending on candidates’ particular experience or desire to specialise in a particular field of property work.
