Job overview
We seek two motivated leaders for our Rother & Wealden Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Teams, as part of our Trust-wide Community Transformation Programme. This initiative aims to integrate local services, including mental health, social care, primary care, and voluntary services.
Main duties
The teams will unify primary care, VCSE services (Emotional Wellbeing Service), specialist community mental health services (Assessment and Treatment Service, Older Adults Mental Health Services), and Access Facilitators into a multidisciplinary team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of this service.

The teams will connect strongly with voluntary, community, social enterprise services, local authorities, social care, and specialist services like Early Intervention in Psychosis, Perinatal Mental Health, and Older Adults Mental Health, ensuring coordinated care.

Qualifications
* Degree/diploma with relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
* Postgraduate management qualification or equivalent leadership experience.
Knowledge/Experience
* Proven achievement in managing/leading health or social care services.
* Resource management, change management, efficiency savings, financial recovery experience.
* Experience modernising services without extra resources.
* Developing partnerships and redesigning services.
* Project management and innovative planning skills.
* Leading diverse practitioner teams.
* Motivating staff to improve performance.
