This Telecommunications business in London offers an industry leading full fibre service and is rapidly growing. As the Office Manager / Receptionist, you will help run 1 open plan floor and have a secure 12month FTC with possible extension.
Job Description
As the Office Manager / Receptionist, you will:
* Manage the reception desk
* Maintain and issue the security badges
* Meet and greet all visitors
* Manage service and supplier relationships for the office
* Monitor and order office supplies
* Handle deliveries and liaise with office concierge when required
* HR admin - complete starter and leaver forms
* Liaise with the landlord over any facilities issues
* Manage a small office budget

To be successful in applying to this role in London, you should have:
* Ability to work in London full time
* Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships around the business
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
