We are an equal opportunities employer, currently employing over 1,300 people who continue to be a cornerstone of our business and are fundamental to providing About the role: As our Internal Sales Support you will be working in a busy distribution environment, providing support to branches and customers on the PPE range we supply and promoting our strategic partner suppliers through our branch network. Working hours: Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week, including Saturday on a rota basis. Key responsibilities as our Internal Sales Support person will include: Entering Sales Orders Providing Technical Support to branches and customers on the PPE range Progressing purchase orders with suppliers Updating reports to share with branch network Working on tenders for strategic accounts Promoting our strategic partner suppliers through our branch network Support our field based technical support experts General office admin tasks Skills we're looking for in our Internal Sales Support person: Experience of PPE/Workwear or MRO markets is desirable however full training will be provdied. High attention to detail Professional telephone and email etiquette Experience in working with suppliers and customers Excellent communication skills Problem solving ability Good IT skills, especially in Office 365 The recruitment process Adverts will close on Friday 8th August (we will extend should this be required) Interviews will take place on 15th August and will be held at our HQ in Halesowen.
