About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable company operating in the UK, who is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise marketing strategies that support business growth and brand visibility. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer who can manage campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
* Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and engagement
* Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create and coordinate marketing content (posts, blogs, emails, landing pages)
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Collaborate with design, sales, and external marketing vendors
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar role
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
* Experience with social media management and content marketing
* Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid ads
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta, CIM, etc.)
* Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments
* Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools
* Experience managing marketing campaigns for UK or international markets
