Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one behavioural and emotional support to a specific pupil Help implement and adapt behaviour intervention plans Support emotional regulation and promote positive social interactions Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents/carers Create a safe, consistent, and structured environment where the child can flourish About You: Experience working with children with behavioural or emotional needs (essential) Calm, patient, and resilient in the face of challenging behaviour Skilled in building trust and using positive behaviour approaches Ready to take the next step?
