An opportunity has arisen to join an excellent Social Housing provider in Cornwall on a permanent basis in a senior position within the Property Services department.
The position as the Compliance Manager is on a permanent basis, specialising in Property Compliance and managing employees and apprentices within the Property Services department.
Responsibilities would primarily include:
* Managing the compliance relating to Gas; Electrical; Absestos Regulations; Fire; and Building Safety
* To manage the performance of members of staff within the Property Services department, providing coaching to staff and apprentices, and identifying development needs
* Focussing on Health and Safety compliance relating to the Property Services department
* To ensure that contract and procurement arrangements are in line with company procedures
* Liaising with customers to assess opportunities for growth and development within the service area
The ideal person would possess/ have experience in:
* Level 5 in a construction related discipline
* Evidence of CPD qualifications
* Experience in managing and developing a team
* Full driving license
