The Role The school is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to join its dedicated team. The successful candidate will support students with a range of needs, helping them to manage their emotions and behaviours, while building strong, trusting relationships that encourage growth and learning. Key Responsibilities Supporting the delivery of tailored educational programmes to meet the unique needs of each student. Providing one-to-one and group support for students with SEMH needs. Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with EHCPs. Building positive, supportive relationships with students to foster trust, confidence, and engagement. Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to provide consistent, holistic care.
