DCT Recruitment is looking for an e-commerce manager to join our clients growing team. Reports to: COO Directly responsible for the line management of: The company Website/Tiktok/Shopify/Ebay/Amazon/App/SEO/mailing list. Manage SEO and Marketing staff. Job Purpose: The Ecommerce Manager orchestrates all aspects of the ecommerce strategy for the company. The role combines sales, marketing, technology, and management expertise to develop a plan that delivers a superior brand and shopping experience for customers. Responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and increase profitability. Main Responsibilities and Duties: Sort and store company files in a succinct and orderly manner Design of the website and overseeing matters such as security, online marketing, quality, product updates (adding new products) Manage the company TikTok with regards to seller centre, Advert campaigns etc. Manage Website/Shopify/eBay/Amazon sales to ensure customer satisfaction. Liase with customer service, social media and marketing teams where applicable Manage company subscription app Manage product catalogue/labels/barcodes and update where necessary Provide expertise on current e-commerce industry best practice Think like a customer, all the time, every day Ensure lab reports are compliant and up to date on the website Assist the team with sales strategies and diversifying the product range Work with the team to develop international sales and distribution. Ensure the company are compliant with ACMD (advisory council on the misuse of drugs), FSA (food standard agency) and EFSA (the European Food Safety Authority) for Ireland and Europe Quality Assurance Helping the company to promote high morale and communicate the companys operating policies and safety measures Working with the Head of Marketing and Social Media team to develop marketing strategies and drive sales growth Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations Regular quality checks on the website to ensure accuracy at all times Regular checks on labels and compliance issues with marketing brands (check with FSA for help and guideance) In addition: To work in accordance with the Companys commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and promote and positively encourage Equality, Diversity and Inclusion practices.
