Position Overview
NHS Lothian is recruiting a Charge Nurse for the Learning Disability Service. This is a permanent, 37-hour position.
We seek an inspirational leader who is caring, compassionate, and motivated to join our strong, empowered, and highly skilled nursing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced, and dynamic RNLD to develop their career within NHS Lothian's Learning Disability Service.

The primary function of this role is to provide credible and authentic clinical leadership within specific clinical areas—whether inpatient, intermediate, or specialist—to ensure each patient receives high-quality, person-centered care and positive health outcomes.
