Document Controller | Birmingham/Remote | Outside IR35 Contract Length: Initially 3 months Day Rate: £160 – £210 D.O.E The Situation: Ford & Stanley Interim is currently working with a well-known UK train operating company who are looking to engage two experienced Document Controllers to support their Project Management Office in delivering a series of Capital Works projects. This is a hybrid contract role, with work based from home and head office, and occasional travel to depots. Key Responsibilities: Upload and manage project documentation using AssetWise – confidence and competence in its use is essential. Support and guide colleagues in the use of SharePoint. Provide document control and configuration management support to PMO and wider project teams. Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently. Maintain PMO process documentation and templates.
