Responsibilities:
1. Support the management team in the day-to-day business activities
2. Drive sales, alongside developing and delivering excellent customer service and store standards
3. Maximise profit by working to reduce shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs
4. Involved in supervising or leading a team within a fast-paced high street retailer
5. Understand retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit, and service
6. Show confidence, resilience, and ambition, with the ability to develop others' skills
7. Willing to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided, not essential)
8. Opportunities for promotion based on performance, with a strong internal promotion culture
Hours & Salary:
* 16 hours a week with potential to work more, fully flexible including weekends
* Monday-Saturday 06:00-18:30, Sunday 06:00-17:00
* £13.15 per hour
