We are currently recruiting for anOffice Administratorfor a Cookstown based company.The role requires a highly organised, energetic, and efficient person who can coordinate the diverse responsibilities of the role and are willing to work as part of a team. As Office Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the office.The general administrative duties associated with the role will be as follows:
* Provide general administrative support to include reception cover
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
* Accounts administration duties including invoicing and supplier statements
* Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Health & Safety manager.
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Key Attributes and Behaviours required include:
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and meet required deadlines.
* Ability to work on their own initiative.
* The successful candidate should have good IT skills, particularly on MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
