About the role:

We’re seeking a detail oriented and proactive Merchandising Admin Assistant to support our merchandising team across both menswear and womenswear categories. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience working within both areas, helping to streamline administrative tasks and improve data management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage merchandising reports and data analysis using Excel
* Assist with purchase order processing and inventory tracking for menswear and womenswear
* Maintain accurate product and pricing information across categories
* Coordinate communication between suppliers, stores, and internal teams
* Organise and archive merchandising files and records
* Provide general administrative support to the merchandising team

Requirements:

* Excellent Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
* Experience working with both menswear and womenswear merchandising preferred
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
* Previous retail, merchandising, or administrative experience is a plus
* Positive, can-do attitude and team player
