Company Background
Forest Sofa Ltd are a well-established UK Upholstery Manufacturer and Retailer who are looking to expand the team due to growth. As a company we own and operate three B2C omni-channel brands supplying furniture to UK homes, and one B2B contract business making and supplying furniture to UK restaurants, bars and hotels.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing expert to own the strategy and execution of our paid media activity, with a primary focus on PPC and exposure to paid social a strong advantage.
The Role
The role involves managing paid spend for four internal owned / managed brands.

This is initially a full-time Monday – Friday office-based role with the option to become hybrid in the future.
Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end campaign management across PPC and Paid Social, including planning, setup, optimisation, and scaling
· Manage accounts across key platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others as appropriate
· Lead ongoing keyword, audience, and creative testing to improve performance and efficiency
· Maintain and monitor audience targeting, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
· Monitor performance daily, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and risks
· Own product feed optimisation across Shopping and paid social formats, working closely with other members of the sales and marketing team
· Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to present to the management team
· Deliver weekly reporting with strong narratives around ROAS, CPA, and overall commercial impact
· Manage and forecast budgets effectively, ensuring spend aligns with business goals
· Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to deliver integrated performance strategies
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who truly enjoys what they do, is comfortable taking measured risks and confident using data to spot opportunities and address underperformance quickly. As well as passion to work on, and develop UK brands, and a strong interest in home furnishings.
· 5+ years' experience in performance marketing / PPC / paid media, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
· Proven experience managing six-figure budgets across multiple channels
· Strong strategic and hands-on capability across PPC and Paid Social
· Experience with feed-based campaigns, including Shopping, Performance Max, and paid social catalogue ads
· Confident working with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and MOZ
· Strong commercial awareness
· Analytical and comfortable working with data
· Highly organised with strong prioritisation and project management skills
· Strong communicator – positive, proactive and practical, across both written and verbal communications
· Results driven
As a manufacturer and retailer, we are able to develop and innovate new products, quickly adapt to changing trends and move in and out of sale at short notice. Whilst agency based PPC account management has worked in the past, the time invested per brand per month has been limited, and we now feel more value can be added with an inhouse appointment dedicated to our growth.
