Overview
This is a dynamic, creative, and results-driven role focused on delivering premium brand marketing initiatives for a market leader in the UK interior design industry. As UK Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, create compelling content and case studies, and manage activities that strengthen Havwoods’ brand presence and support commercial growth across multiple touchpoints.
Working closely with the Head of UK & US Marketing, Global Marketing and Digital Director, and the wider Marketing team, you will ensure all activities are strategically aligned, measurable, and reflect Havwoods’ luxury positioning. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends creativity with data-driven decision making, strong stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of our customers’ journey from digital channels to in-showroom experiences.

About the UK Marketing Manager role
Working closely with our Head of UK & US Marketing, Global Marketing and Digital Director and the rest of the Marketing team, your responsibilities will include:
* Plan, write and manage the delivery of high quality, exceptional multi-channel print and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are creatively impactful, data-informed, measurable and aligned with strategic objectives.
* Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of client case studies and brand collaborations, identifying new opportunities to drive growth, craft compelling stories, and produce exceptional content.
* Develop and manage UK social media channels, maintaining an active community through on-brand, engaging, and audience-focused content that amplifies campaign priorities and integrates into the daily operations at Havwoods.
* Deliver marketing initiatives that reinforce Havwoods’ luxury positioning, supporting our Sales and Business Development, and elevating the in-showroom customer experience and journey.
* Support the planning and delivery of the UK events schedule, including co-ordinating marketing collateral, promotional materials, content capture, logistics, lead-capture activities, travel, and accommodation.
* Support national brand PR campaigns alongside local tactical marketing activities for Havwoods’ five luxury UK showrooms located across the UK.
* Manage campaign and activity budgets, ensuring spend is planned, tracked and reported accurately across all initiatives.
* Represent the Havwoods brand externally including supporting the UK events and sponsorship schedule and being confident on camera when required.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all departments to embed marketing thinking into all areas of the business and ensure the marketing function is visible, well integrated, and aligned with wider company objectives.
* Produce regular marketing reports with insights and recommendations to optimise activities, processes, efficiency and performance.
What we’re looking for – essential requirements
* 3+ years’ experience working in a marketing manager or equivalent role.
* Exceptional understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital, content, PR and events.
* Proven experience collaborating across multiple departments and managing stakeholders at all levels to deliver high quality marketing initiatives.
* Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, website content management systems, email campaign tools, and marketing scheduling platforms.
* Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from planning to delivery.
* Track record of co-ordinating marketing activities in a fast-paced environment and delivering to tight deadlines.
* Experience managing third-party agency relationships.

* Proven experience within an aspirational or design-led brand environment.
* Understanding of marketing principles within the luxury or premium goods market.
* Experience managing marketing activities across multiple customer-facing or retail locations.
* Experience working in the interiors, architectural or design sector.
* Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programmes (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
