Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and manage medium-sized programs or multiple smaller programs. The ideal candidate will have strong program planning skills, commercial knowledge, and experience in leading programs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Aftermarket, and Business Development teams to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Develop milestones, program plans, schedules, and budgets to meet organizational objectives.
* Consolidate and present progress reports on business aspects of the programs.
* Identify and react to program problems, recommending solutions and coordinating responses to customer action items.
Requirements:
* Educated to HND/ Degree level in a technical discipline.
* Strong program management skills, including experience in leading programs, people leadership in a matrix organization, and external and internal customer exposure.
* Knowledge of Earned Value Management, NPI product lifecycle – JDP, PDR, CDR, and FAI.
* Formal PM training / accreditation such as PMP or APM.
