Growth Marketing Executive | High-Growth Beauty Brand | London (Hybrid)
Premium, founder-led beauty brand who are going through a strong phase of growth, already with a strong foundation already in place, are bringing their paid media fully in-house for the first time.
This role isn't to manage what already exists, it's a chance to build, shape, and lead it. You will take full ownership of their paid media while helping them to unlock the true potential of AI within their marketing stack. This role sits at the intersection of performance, e-commerce, and emerging tech - driving growth, improving efficiency, and shaping how a modern brand uses AI day-to-day.
Paid Media
* Lead strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok & YouTube
* Manage a £300k annual budget with full accountability for performance
* Build and run structured testing across creative, audiences & bidding
* Optimise key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR & LTV
E-Commerce (Shopify)
* Own end-to-end site performance - from ad click to conversion
* Optimise landing pages, PDPs, and customer journeys
* Drive CRO and surface actionable insights from data
* Oversee tracking, tagging & attribution accuracy
AI-Powered Marketing
* Take control of an existing AI marketing system (currently agency-managed)
* Lead the transition in-house and evolve how it’s used
* Improve campaign performance, content output & efficiency using AI
* Identify and introduce new AI tools that drive growth
Creative Strategy
* Collaborate closely with creative teams on high-performing ad assets
* Turn data into insight-led creative direction
* Define and scale winning creative patterns
Reporting & Insights
* Build dashboards and deliver clear, commercially focused reporting
* Analyse customer behaviour, acquisition costs & channel mix
* Translate data into strategic decisions that drive growth
What You Bring:
* 3–5 years in digital/performance marketing (in-house or agency)
* Experience in beauty, haircare, or lifestyle / DTC brands
* Strong hands-on experience across paid social & search
* Proven track record managing budgets and delivering results
* Experience with Shopify (or similar DTC e-commerce platforms)
* Confident with GA4, ad platforms & performance data
* Experience briefing creatives and shaping performance-led content
* Exposure to AI marketing tools
