Main duties of the job This vital role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals affected by stroke, supporting them through every stage of their hospital journey. As part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support. We are looking for compassionate, motivated nurses with a passion for stroke care and a commitment to clinical excellence. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
