The Account Director -Talent Solutions, will lead a dynamic team in delivering comprehensive staffing solutions and driving business growth. This role requires a professional with a strong background in recruitment, Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will manage teams effectively, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop strategies that enhance sales revenue and profitability across a number of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Team Management and Leadership:**

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and strategies.

- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.

1. **KPI and Target Management:**

- Establish and monitor KPIs for recruitment activities and team performance.

- Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.

- Ensure that team targets align with overall business objectives and drive accountability.

1. **Sales Revenue Growth:**

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from new and existing clients.

- Identify market trends and opportunities for business development.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

1. **New Customer Acquisition and Implementation:**

- Lead initiatives to secure new customer wins, including networking and relationship building.

- Oversee the implementation process for new clients to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

1. **Bid Development and Proposal Management:**

- Participate in bid development for new contracts, ensuring competitive positioning and compliance with client requirements.

- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's strengths and capabilities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop winning strategies.

1. **Recruitment Business Expertise:**

- Maintain a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.

- Provide insights on staffing, MSP, and payroll processes to enhance service offerings.

- Stay informed about competitors and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

1. **Profitability Improvement:**

- Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability/sales revenue.

- Develop pricing strategies that reflect market conditions while maximizing revenue.

- Implement cost control measures without compromising service quality.

1. **Reporting and Analysis:**

- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights for senior management.

- Utilise data analytics to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications:

* From Staffing/Recruitment/Workforce Solutions background

* Extensive experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions management.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.

* Strong understanding of MSP and payroll processes.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM systems.
