Ashlong House Domiciliary Care is seeking a competent Support Worker to assist physically or mentally challenged customers in their daily lives. The role offers fulfillment and satisfaction through helping others. If you are compassionate, positive, and willing to work hard, this job is for you. Politeness and good communication skills are expected. No experience is necessary as full training is provided from day one.

Main duties include:

1. Supporting and caring for Service Users in their homes.
2. Recording information accurately in documents and files.
3. Preparing and serving meals and drinks.
4. Assisting with personal care.
5. Providing emotional support.
6. Maintaining a clean environment through housekeeping.
7. Following training programs and committing to professional development.
