Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday (Portugal business hours)
Salary:
£31,000 - £33,000 with excellent benefits
Job Description:
Join a global leader in a dynamic environment as a Customer Service Representative supporting Portuguese-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage deliveries and customer requests for Portugal
2. Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries
3. Build relationships through communication and weekly calls
4. Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery
5. Resolve complaints and drive improvements
6. Identify growth opportunities and promotional activities
7. Coordinate with internal teams for service excellence
Requirements:
* 2-3 years in customer service environment
* Fluent/native in European Portuguese
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive, solutions-focused attitude
* Strong attention to detail
* Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
* Experience with SAP and Salesforce
* Knowledge of international business processes
