Part-Time Finance Administrator
Location: Manchester (Office-based, 2 days per week)
Hours: 16 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Are you an organised and detail-focused individual with experience in finance administration? We’re looking for a Part-Time Finance Administrator to support our busy recruitment agency in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process contractor timesheets and associated invoices accurately and on time
* Raise invoices for permanent recruitment placements
* Provide general administrative support to the wider agency team
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
* Assist with ad-hoc finance and admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts admin role
* Confident with invoice processing and timesheet management
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
