This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before starting teacher training or pursuing a long-term career in education. You will supervise classes across a range of subjects, deliver pre-planned lessons, and help maintain a focused and positive learning environment.
Your Role Will Include:
Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
Delivering pre-set lesson materials across KS3 and KS4
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting students with their learning and engagement
Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of lessonsWe're Looking For Graduates Who:

Have strong communication and organisational skills
