A respected law firm in the South East is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its well-established private client team.
This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer with a keen interest in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on a varied caseload and gain hands‑on exposure from day one, with strong mentoring and professional growth on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney
* Drafting legal documents and managing caseloads with care and accuracy
* Supporting estate planning and trust management
* Handling inheritance tax and estate administration matters
* Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
About You:
* NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive with private client experience
* Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* Empathetic and professional approach to client service
* Familiar with legal tech and case management systems
