Location: Nottingham- Hybrid
Salary: £35k-£40k (+OTE)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct research to gather names and information for marketing initiatives.
* Assist in maintaining sales systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Provide support for sales documentation and administrative tasks.
* Prepare sales quotations, commercial proposals, and statements of work.
* Engage in sales administration duties, including generating sales reports and conducting data analysis.
* Proficiently operate a CRM system and generate report data.
* Manage client contracts and promptly respond to client inquiries.
* Offer backup support for sales order processing and financial administration tasks.
Requirements
Key Skills:
* Effective people skills to assist in building relationships internally and externally.
* Evidence of excellent written, verbal communications and client liaison skills.
* Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure environment.
* Flexible work ethic with can-do attitude combined with attention to detail and accuracy.
