NSC Call Agent – Part Time
Landmarc Support Services currently have a part time opportunity, working 22.5 hours per week.
* At this stage, we are only accepting internal Landmarc applications.
Your Role
As a Customer Services Agent, you'll play a key part in supporting users of the Defence Training Estate. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide helpdesk support, and carry out a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering helpdesk support for the National Training Estate
* Creating and managing work orders
* Handling incoming calls professionally
* Booking travel and accommodation
* Providing reception cover
* General administration duties
What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service experience
* Confident communicator – both on the phone and via email
* Good IT skills and comfortable using computer systems
* Solid literacy and numeracy
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Must live within a commutable distance of Salisbury Plain

About The Company
