Job Description
At AECOM Buildings + Places, Building Engineering Business Unit (UK&I) brings together approximately 930 technical and digital experts. We are looking for an Operating Unit Administrator to support operating unit leaders across MEP, Structures, Civils, Sustainability, and Specialisms.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue and opportunity data for reporting and forecasting.
* Act as the main point of contact for logging and updating opportunities.
* Support continuous improvement of opportunity and bid management processes.
* Assist with bid submissions, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
* Maintain and update bid content, CVs, case studies, and company information.
* Support administrative tasks including travel bookings, expense processing, and purchase order requests via Coupa.
Qualifications
* GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
* Experience maintaining accurate revenue and opportunity data for reporting and forecasting.
* Basic proficiency with MS Excel.
* Experience using Salesforce to track bid opportunities (desirable).
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience providing administrative support, including travel bookings, expenses, and purchase orders using systems such as Coupa.
