Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Adult Social Worker for its client’s Locality Team at North Lincolnshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Carry out assessments and develop care plans for individuals within the community, ensuring their needs are met in line with statutory responsibilities.
2. Work collaboratively with health professionals, housing teams, and voluntary services to coordinate support and promote independence.
3. Respond to safeguarding concerns, manage risk effectively, and ensure timely interventions to protect vulnerable adults.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
7. Social Work England registration
8. Eligible to work in the UK
9. Hold a full UK driving licence
10. Post-qualified experience
11. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
