Key Skills / Knowledge Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability. Excellent negotiation skills to align with business for UAT support, change deployment, and go-live activities. Understanding of Property & Casualty projects and ability to align with stakeholders. SAFe-certified and experienced in Agile / SAFe methodologies and tools. Experience Required 8 years Person Specification Negotiating, client-facing, communication, assertive, and team-leading skills.
