With a strong focus on attendee engagement, marketing effectiveness, and commercial growth, the business relies on HubSpot as the engine powering its customer journeys, ticketing workflows, sales activity, and post-event nurturing.
They want a CRM Executive to support and elevate the company’s use of HubSpot across sales, marketing, and event operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about CRM, data, and digital journeys who wants to play a key role in improving lead management, attendee communications, and the overall customer lifecycle within a busy events environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM, including contact segmentation, lists, pipelines, event workflows, and automated communications.
* Support marketing and events teams with campaign setup, registration journeys, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up processes.
* Maintain high-quality CRM data through regular audits, cleansing, and governance to ensure reliable reporting and audience targeting.
* Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into registrations, attendee engagement, campaign performance, and sales activity.
Experience & Skills Required
* 1-3+ years’ experience working with HubSpot or another CRM platform, ideally within an events, marketing, or B2B environment.
* Understanding of CRM data structures, segmentation, automation, and reporting fundamentals.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to support internal teams and translate business needs into CRM improvements.
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced events-led environment with shifting priorities.
