10:00 – 18:00About the Role Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join one of our primary care clients in Accrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a General Practice setting, providing high-quality clinical care to patients.
The contract runs until April, with strong potential for extension. You will be part of a supportive team delivering essential services to the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and clinical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications within scope of practice
Provide health promotion and disease prevention advice
Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS or SystmOneRequirements
Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN
Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification
Independent Prescriber status
Previous experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting
